The ST2, consisting of
two 3/8'' and 5/8" male thread devices and one articulated 3/8''
and 5/8" female thread support, all sliding on a 20 cm long hexagonal
rod, allows the mounting of two microphones on the same stand, with
variable distance and angulation between them.

The ST4
accommodates 4 microphones on one stand with 3/8" and 5/8"
threaded ferrule and counter-nut, each sliding into any position
on a 30 cm long hexagonal black anodized aluminum bar. In the
center is a strong serrated swivel, allowing for 180 degrees of
rotation. The other extremity of the articulation has a 5/8"

SSM-1 Shockmount
In audio signal
capturing by microphones, there is a penetration of unwanted mechanical
noises through the microphone stand, caused by vibrations on stage, by
the kick drum, by low frequencies of the amplifier, by the artist's coreography
on stage, etc. One of the conventional solutions is to adopt electronic
recourses, such as noise gate reduction, re-equalization (shut down of
low frequencies), etc. Thus, we are interfering with the signal's dynamics,
reducing our system's head room, consequently harming the signal's quality
and naturalness. The SSM-1 Shockmount is rooted in the following philosophy:
"For acoustic problems, acoustic solutions."
Physically isolating the microphone
from its stand, the SSM-1 succeeds in filtering the undesirable noises to
an extent of approximately 15 dB and at a very low cost. Its mounting versatility
and adjustability makes it compatible with most microphone sizes and types
availble on the market. For the correct mounting of the microphone, just
weave it through the parallel rubber bands of each ring, two by two. Suitable
for any microphone shape (tubular or conical) up to 2" diameter. The central
articulated support can be fixed anywhere on the hexagonal rod, to compensate
for any imbalance of the mic's center of gravity. |

SPF Pop Filter
|
| |
| The
Sabra pop filter, consisting of two parallel ortophonic rings mounted onto
a brace and fixed on an articulated arm, has the function of attenuating
high impact phonetic peaks. For smaller microphones, this unit can be attached
to the SSM-1; however, using all the kit's components, you will attain the
best adjustment for any microphone type. Due to the SPF's modular system,
the screens may be easily replaced with new ones. |
