U.S. EDITION MICROPHONE SETS
CMC 64 with A 20 and B 5 D
Exclusively for the American market, Schalltechnik Schoeps GmbH is pleased to introduce its US Edition Microphone Sets.
These sets are comprised of Schoeps' most popular amplifier and capsule combinations, with accessories, fitted into a custom wooden case. In addition, these combinations offer cost savings over the individual components.
This initial offering includes four single microphone sets. These sets include a CMC 6 amplifier with capsule, an SG 20 stand clamp and B 5 foam popscreen. Options include an A 20 (or A 20 S) elastic suspension and a B 5 D hollow foam popscreen.
Three of the sets are intended for use in sound studios and for high-end recording of music on location. These include the CMC 64 (CMC 6 amplifier with MK 4 cardioid capsule), CMC 65 (CMC 6 amplifier with MK 5 switchable omni/cardioid capsule) and the CMC 641 (CMC 6 amplifier with MK 41 supercardioid capsule). The fourth set adds a CUT 1 LF filter to a CMC 641, making the CMC 641 C an excellent choice for production sound applications, where dialogue is often "boomed" from overhead.
CMC 64 ST with 2x A 20 and 2x B 5 D
The Mid-Side Stereo Set offers two sequentially serial-numbered CMC 6 amplifiers, an MK 4 cardioid capsule, an MK 8 bi-directional capsule, an AMS 22 elastic suspension and a WMS foam windscreen.
